From theory to production
Most DevOps training focuses on theory or isolated tools. This training is different: by the end of day three, each participant will have built from scratch a complete pipeline — from commit to production deployment.
Curriculum
Day 1 — Containers and Docker
- Why containers? The problems they solve
- Docker: images, containers, volumes and networks
- Dockerfile: best practices and optimizations
- Docker Compose for local development
Day 2 — CI/CD with GitHub Actions
- Continuous integration and delivery concepts
- GitHub Actions: workflows, jobs and steps
- Automated tests in the pipeline
- Automated build, push and deploy
Day 3 — Kubernetes and Observability
- Kubernetes: pods, deployments, services
- Helm charts for managed deployment
- Observability: logs, metrics and traces
- Final project: full pipeline from scratch
